Business Development Manager

Pixel Fusion is on the lookout for a driven and passionate Business Development Manager to be the driving force behind new business development and growth.

What you’ll be doing:


Prospect for new clients, and convert opportunities into new business. Actively grow and leverage your network to identify potential leads. At the same time, grow and maintain existing client relationships.


Plan and co-ordinate the creation of sales collateral. Engage the wider team to gather SME input, and use your expertise to craft compelling, successful proposals and pitches.

Work closely with the Account Management and Marketing team to create aligned and streamlined workflows and processes.


Work with the Executive team to create and refine successful bizdev strategies that align with the overall strategic direction of the business.

Play an active role in promoting the Pixel Fusion brand - participate in events and contribute to our thought leadership activities.

What we’d like to see:

• You have an in-depth knowledge of the tech industry, with proven experience in a digital business.

• You have strong B2B sales experience, with a track record of successfully identifying and closing new opportunities.

• You have a proven ability to network and build long-lasting, profitable client relationships.

• You have experience working with Marketing teams to create integrated business growth strategies.

• You are a confident and adaptable communicator, with experience in creating and presenting pitches, and writing compelling, high quality proposals.

• You’ve got a growth mindset and a pro-active approach to your work and personal growth.
